About Mike Millar

Mike has an undergraduate degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Ryerson University, a post undergraduate diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia, and a Master of Corporate Real Estate designation. He is the Past President of the Canadian Chapter of the Board of Directors of the Corporate Real Estate industry association, CoreNet Global, and he is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Cabbagetown Cycling Club. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

Mike is the President and sole proprietor of Dual-M with over 25 years experience in commercial real estate and land development in both the public and private sectors. Past positions included head of real estate roles for Metrolinx and Hydro One Networks Inc., as well as a variety of progressive real estate positions at Rogers Communications Inc. and Ontario Realty Corporation (now Infrastructure Ontario). Mike began his career as a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) where he held a variety of land use planning and transportation planning roles with the Ontario Municipal Board, the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, and the Ministry of Transportation.
