Dual-M provides two main service offerings: 1) Advisory services to owners looking to advance specific development projects, and 2) Creating new, high value, development opportunities through opportunistic land acquisitions in burgeoning local markets. Dual-M serves specific real estate niche markets; it is not a generalist management consulting firm.

I am partnered with land developers and real estate investors each with their own preferred investment strategy. While I create solutions targeted to the specific needs of each client, most seek high value creation opportunities in resilient markets. They seek to generate land value uptick themselves, not purchase it. These projects are often complex and challenging requiring unconventional approaches, such as land assemblies and “off market” real estate transactions.
I have the background and expertise to turn challenging problems into success outcomes. My breadth of experience and formal education in the areas of Corporate Real Estate (CRE), real estate finance, land development, government engagement, and land use and transportation planning provide a unique and necessary skillset to capitalize on these complex initiatives.”
